At WRAITHX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If something doesn’t fit right or meet expectations, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
To initiate a return, email us at returns@wraithx.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:

Items must be in resellable condition.

We do not accept returns on final sale, promotional, or limited edition items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or want to swap for another item:

Contact us at returns@wraithx.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Exchanges are subject to stock levels and availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us at returns@wraithx.co.uk with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it as fast as we can — no stress.
