Q: What size should I order?
A: Check out our detailed Size Guide available on every product page. For a relaxed streetwear fit, go true to size. For a more oversized look, size up.
Q: Will items be restocked?
A: Most WRAITHX drops are limited releases. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Be sure to sign up to our mailing list or follow us @wraithxofficial for drop alerts.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please email us immediately at orders@wraithx.co.uk with your order number.
Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders can take 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes — items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn and in original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for more info.
Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Garment Care
Q: How do I wash WRAITHX items?
A: Wash cold, inside-out, with similar colours. Avoid bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Always check your wash label.
